Is this a recurring subscription?
No. Each paid group is a one-time hosting fee — there is no recurring charge and nothing auto-renews. A paid group stays upgraded for the duration of its tournament, and the paid features expire once that tournament ends.
What payment methods do you support?
Payments are securely processed via globally recognized billing partners, supporting Visa / Mastercard / American Express / PayPal as well as Apple Pay / Google Pay.
Are refunds available?
Yes, conditionally. Full refund within 7 days of purchase, provided that none of the seven eligibility-voiding conditions has been triggered (most notably: the first match has not yet kicked off, and fewer than 5 members have started predicting). See the Refund Policy for the full list.
Is this a gambling platform?
No. SquadPicks is an entertainment-only sports prediction and private group hosting platform. All payments are SaaS hosting fees; the platform does not accept, process, or facilitate any form of real-money wagering or prize fund distribution. See the Terms of Service.
Can one account create multiple groups?
Yes. Each group is billed independently. For enterprise-level multi-group management (10+ groups), contact sales for volume discounts.
Will prices change in the future?
The price you pay for a group is fixed at the time of purchase and is not affected by future price adjustments. New groups are charged at the current rates.
